  37. About EROS Voting
  38.  
  39. Episode Rating Opinion System
  40.  
  41.  The popular EROS system run by Mark Woodward for the group allows UK
  42. readers to vote for each X-Files episode. Following the latest showings
  43. on UK television there are weekly postings of the results. Voting in the
  44. system could not be easier, simply mail to vote@shakaar.demon.co.uk with
  45. your full name and a mark out of ten (to one decimal place). In the
  46. subject header type "XF :" and the name of the episode you are voting
  47. for.

  49.  Voting is open for the entire of the first season and up to the current
  50. BBC episode of the second season. If you wish to catch up you can vote
  51. for a large number of episodes in one post by putting "XF : Assorted" as
  52. the title, just  make sure to include you name and make it clear which

  66.  IRC (Internet Relay Chat) is a network of servers set up specifically
  67. to pass messages between people in real time i.e. so they can 'chat'.The
  68. three largest IRC networks are EFNet (mostly American users), EuroNet
  69. (mostly European users) and Undernet (worldwide use). All these networks
  70. have at least one X-Files related chat channel (channel = a group of
  71. people talking about a specific subject) usually named #x-files or
  72. #xfiles.

  74.   You can connect to IRC using a Telnet client though a dedicated IRC
  75. client is preferable. Sample IRC server addresses follow for the above

  88.  #XFiles_UK appeared on EFNet around Summer '95 as a 'meeting place' for
  89. a few UK X-Philes to catch up on goss etc. As the year came to a close
  90. season 2 XF gained in momentum (and viewing figures) bringing more
  91. people to the young but healthy IRC channel.

  234. special dedicated in-store "X-Files sites" in a number of high street
  235. chains, specialising in books, videos and merchandise based upon the
  236. cult show. The X-Files Bureau is the name of this store within a store,
  237. and they will be open for business on March 25th (the day that the next
  238. video, "Tooms", is released) in branches of HMV, Playhouse, Virgin and
  239. Forbidden Planet.
  240. `The Bureau will have exclusive merchandise for the discerning X-Phile,
  241. including a number of special projects for the launch. This will include
  242. the often requested reprint of the very first issue of Manga's TXF

  384. Seventeen artists encompassing the broad spectrum of the alternative
  385. music world have come together for a common cause. Seventeen artists, as
